Joan and Andy Horner celebrated Premier's 25th year of service in 2010. Andy is still very active in the company they established at age 60, when most other people think about retiring.

In December 2010, Joan passed away, leaving behind a lasting legacy of love and service that permeates every aspect of Premier Designs. Andy continues to serve an active leadership role in the company as C.S.O. (Chief Servant Officer). Tim Horner has been serving as President since 2007.

The life story of Joan and Andy Horner is truly an American dream. Migrating to the United States in 1950, their journey led them to Dallas, Texas where Andy would find success with Johnson Wax, The Xerox Corporation and then, along with Joan, with Home Interiors & Gifts. The providential hand of God can be seen through their journey which eventually led them to start Premier Designs.

Because of Premier Designs' commitment to strong business practices and desire to serve people, it has grown to a multi-million dollar company with distributors in fifty states and Puerto Rico.
